When Marcos* was admitted to the hospital with a life-threatening medical condition, all he could think about was school. Marcos’ Law Foundation attorney submitted a formal complaint to the U.S. Department of Education that is currently under review. Within a week of our attorney taking the case, Marcos was visited by a teacher and received the schoolwork he needed to start getting up to speed.
