Applying for One-on-One Legal Consultations

Thank you for your interest in applying for a free one-on-one consultation with the Law Foundation’s Nonprofit Protection Project (NPP). 

We offer limited scope pro bono legal support to nonprofits in the Silicon Valley area on corporate governance issues related to executive orders, policy changes, and similar matters. 

If accepted, you will be contacted to sign an engagement letter. Once signed and returned, you will receive a link to schedule your consultation. 

 Eligibility Requirements: 

• Located in Santa Clara County or have a strong connection to the area 

• Less than $10 million in revenue (or by limited exception) 

• Legally incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit 

 Priority will be given to: 

• SVCN member organizations 

• Organizations in health and human services

• Smaller nonprofits and/or those with more acute needs
